attend, join, participate, take part in

這些動詞或詞組均含“參加，加入”之意。

：側重參加或出席會議或學術活動等。

例如：She does not attend often.（她不常出席。）

：普通用詞，指加入黨派、團體或游戲活動等。

例如：When did you join the air force?（你什么時候參加的空軍部隊?）

ipate ：正式用詞，特指參加團體活動，暗示以一個積極的角色參加。

例如：Several experts will participate as technical advisers.（幾位專家將作為技術顧問參加。）

part in ：側重參加某項群眾性、集體性的事業(yè)、工作或活動，突出參加者在其中發(fā)揮一定的作用。
