award, reward

這兩個動詞均有“受予獎勵”之意。

：側重指官方或經(jīng)正式研究裁決后對有功者或競賽優(yōu)勝者所給予的獎勵。

例如：They awarded John the first prize.（他們授予約翰一等獎。）

：指對品德高尚和勤勞的人所給予的獎勵。也可指為某事付酬金。

例如：The police are offering a big reward for information about the robbery.（警方出大筆賞金要求提供那起搶劫案的破案線索。）

aware, conscious, sensible

這些形容詞均含“意識到的”之意。

：強調通過耳聞目睹或感覺而得到的信息，也指敏稅的觀察和推斷。側重感知，多與of一起用。

例如：He doesn't seem to be aware of the problems.（他好像沒有意識到這個問題。）

ous ：指內心的感覺，強調深刻的心理活動。

例如：They wereconscious that he disapproved.（他們意識到他不贊成。）

le ：側重通過直覺或理性感覺意識到某物的存在。

例如：Are you sensible of the dangers of your position?（你覺察到你處境中的危險了嗎?）
