精算師在國內外都是稀缺人才。據(jù)中國精算師協(xié)會的數(shù)據(jù)，截至2009年上半年，取得中國精算師資格的人數(shù)為141人，準精算師839人。有數(shù)據(jù)顯示，我國目前具有北美精算師資格的只有幾十人，準精算師不過百余人。
