午休飯后,常散步

伸伸懶腰,踢踢腿

空氣流通,開(kāi)會(huì)窗

眼離屏幕,看遠(yuǎn)方

Take a noon break and go for a walk;

Stretch arms and move legs;

Open the windows and air the rooms;

Keep eyes from the screen and look far into the distance.

小編注:吃完午飯三五成群的散散步,有益消化;工作了1-2小時(shí),記得起來(lái)走動(dòng)走動(dòng),活動(dòng)下胳膊伸伸腿,逛趟茶水間;空調(diào)環(huán)境中空氣不流通,記得開(kāi)會(huì)兒窗通通氣;看電腦時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)眼睛酸疼?遠(yuǎn)眺三五分鐘,欣賞下風(fēng)景讓眼睛休息。辦公室鍛煉小妙招,從今天開(kāi)始跟CC虎虎一起做起來(lái)吧!
