2012Tropfest短片電影節(jié)：基德曼和布蘭切特同時(shí)現(xiàn)身
Director Alethea Jones has taken out top prize in this years Tropfest with her film Lemonade Stand This years Tropfest commemorated the 20th anniversary of the short film festival and was judged by the likes of Cate Blanchett, Nicole Kidman, Geoffrey Rush and last years Tropfest winner Damon Gameau. As reported by , Jones’s short film was enjoyed by the [w]massive[/w] crowd gathered at the Domain which included actors such as Joel Edgerton, Tobey Maguire and director Baz Luhrmann. In regards to the film itself, Lemonade Stand centers on a quirky family business standing definite against an overzealous by-the-book [w]council[/w] employee. When speaking about Lemonade Stand Tropfest Founder and Director, John Polson said, “Lemonade Stand is an [w]incredibly[/w] well made film and a favourite amongst the judges. There was intense discussion in the judging room, and some really interesting debates.
