背景介紹：

最近在論壇上，看見(jiàn)兩個(gè)平常相處還挺不錯(cuò)的網(wǎng)友因?yàn)閹拙洳缓烷_(kāi)始相互謾罵，爭(zhēng)得不可開(kāi)交。突然我有一種感觸，現(xiàn)實(shí)世界中他們與人打交道不一定會(huì)這么沖動(dòng)和隨意吧。所以本周我們來(lái)討論一下“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的性格”。

話題：

1、你怎么看待有些人在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上展現(xiàn)出與現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中完全不同的性格特征？

2、虛擬世界中的你和現(xiàn)實(shí)中的你一致嗎？

范例1：

With the widespread of Internet, it has become an indispensable part of people’s life. Internet offers us a bizarre virtual world where you can find that a great number of people are distinctly dissimilar than they actually are in real life. The causes for this diversity of people’s personality between reality and cyber world, as far as I am concerned, are intricate. And I will give three possible explanations in the following passage.

Firstly, cyber world – as obvious as its name – is another world that can be separate from the real world. It’s virtual and fully-functioned. Some people just look on it as a stage in which they can be another guy, experiencing a different life. So, naturally, we sometimes can find an acquaintance behaves quite dissimilarly on Internet. Secondly, because people are all strangers on Internet, none of us do need to wear ‘masks’ while socialising with others. As a consequence, it becomes an ideal platform for letting off steam in some people’s eyes. Lastly and most importantly, due to the lack of related-regulations and laws on cyber world, people barely need to be responsible for their improper behaviour as well as abusive words. Hence, some of us no longer worry about fundamental etiquettes and do whatever they want. From my perspective, that’s a real disaster for all of us. Sooner or later, there will be some regulations and laws for the cyber world.

范例2：

When you post information on the internet, it can be accessed by anybody. Although that may not be your initial intention, it may not be something you can control. It is very important to be aware of what you are posting. Posting real information on your profile can be a dangerous thing. There have been many cases of people being preyed upon by perpetrators because these people divulged too much about themselves. These people posted real information about themselves, unaware of profiles of whom they were communicating with were fake.
