一、定義
將來(lái)時(shí)表示將來(lái)某一時(shí)刻的動(dòng)作或狀態(tài)，或?qū)?lái)某一段時(shí)間內(nèi)經(jīng)常的動(dòng)作或狀態(tài)。常常和表示將來(lái)的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)連用。
二、結(jié)構(gòu)
（一）基本結(jié)構(gòu)
1、will / shall + 動(dòng)詞原形（否定句在will/shall后加not）
2、be going to+動(dòng)詞原形 be going to 相當(dāng)于一個(gè)助動(dòng)詞(其中be有人稱(chēng)和數(shù)的變化),與它后

3.用于"I expect, I'm sure, I think, I wonder等的賓語(yǔ)從句"中。
Don't worry about the exam. I'm sure you'll pass.
不要擔(dān)心這次考試，我確信你會(huì)通過(guò)的。
2、用于祈使句和陳述句中。
Work hard and you will succeed.
如果你努力，就會(huì)成功的。
3、與表示時(shí)間或條件的狀語(yǔ)從句連用。
I'll let you know as soon as he arrives.
他一到我就通知你。
will與be going to 的分別 be going to與will兩者都可表示將要發(fā)生的事、將要去做某事，但它們有如下幾點(diǎn)區(qū)別：
going to 表示將要發(fā)生的事情，will 表示的時(shí)間則較遠(yuǎn)一些，如：
He is going to write a letter tonight. He will write a book one day.
going to 表示根據(jù)主觀判斷將來(lái)肯定發(fā)生的事情，will表示客觀上將來(lái)勢(shì)必發(fā)生的事情。 如：He is seriously ill. He is going to die. He will be twenty years old.
going to 含有“計(jì)劃，準(zhǔn)備”的意思，而 will 則沒(méi)有這個(gè)意思，如：
She is going to lend us her book. He will be here in half an hour.
4.在有條件從句的主句中，一般不用 be going to, 而多用will, 如：
If any beasts comes at you, I'll stay with you and help you.
going to和will在含義和用法上稍有不同。be going to往往表示事先經(jīng)過(guò)考慮的打算；will多表示意愿，決心。兩者有時(shí)不能互換。如：
She is studying hard and is going to try for the exams.
她正努力學(xué)習(xí)并嘗試參加考試。（is going to不能用will替換）
