[原意] Jenny離開廣州時(shí)已懷孕了。
[說(shuō)明] with child 是習(xí)語(yǔ)，意為“懷孕”。
若在child前加個(gè)不定冠詞a,即with a child , 意思就變成"帶著孩子"了。
